PENGELOLAAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) HOTEL SANTIKA PREMIERE YOGYAKARTA PERIODE TAHUN 2015-2016
Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a form social responsibility and is
an obligatory program that is implemented either by every private company or by
state-owned companies. The CSR program has an implementation concept that
includes the whole stakeholders. Santika Premiere Yogyakarta Hotel is one of the
hotels that has ranked first and has achieved the title as The Best Green Hotel by
KEMENPAR RI (Indonesian National Ministry of Tourism), and one of the factors
of achieving the title is the implemented CSR program. The CSR program involves
planning, implementation and evaluation. The purpose of this research is to
describe the management of the implemented CSR. This research was descriptive
qualitative with case study approach. The data collection techniques used was
interview, documentation and field observation. The research result show that the
implemented CSR by Hotel Santika Premiere Yogyakarta 2015-2016 that is a
charity CSR. CSR has been implemanted that is environmentally with CSR Clean
Water Assistance Seropan Districts Delingo and CSR Tree Planting Wunut
Districts Imogiri. However the CSR has been implemented have a deficiency about
sustainability programs that still needs to be evaluated deeply.
