This research has the aim of examine the Effect of Firm size, Liquidity, Profitability, Leverage, and Dividend Policy on Firm Value on Manufacture Companies Listed in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2016. There are 33 selected samples with purposive sampling technique in this research. Analysis tools used are SPSS 16.0 and Eviews 8 program The results of this research that is Firm Size has a positive and significant on Firm Value, Leverage has a negative and significant on Firm Value, whereas Liquidity, Profitability, and Dividend Policy has not effect on firm value.
