PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN DENGAN METODE QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT (QFD) PADA WAROENG SPESIAL SAMBAL (SS) JALAN GODEAN KM 5,5 YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the improvement of service quality with quality function deployment (qfd) method. The subjects of this study were customers and managers of Waroeng Spesial Sambal (SS) Godean street km 5.5 Yogyakarta. The data of this study were 93 samples obtained from 100 questionnaires that were analyzed using SPSS.
Based on the results of the analysis done using the quality function deployment (qfd) method, it is obtained that providing training to new employees, conducting service training to employees, and implementing the SOP per division greatly influenced the improvement of service quality in Waroeng Spesial Sambal (SS) Godean street km 5.5 Yogyakarta.
