The Corporate Social Responsibility Program Kampoeng BNI by PT Bank Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in the karang tengah village, Imogiri Bantul is based on the conditions of Karang Tengah village community, Karang Tengah village environment and the potential of local product. The purpose of this study is to find and evaluate every phase of the CSR program done from the preparatory stage , the implementation stage and evaluation. Research methods that were used on this study is the qualitative study with the kind of research based on the qualitative descriptive. This study are located in the karang tengah village, imogiri bantul the special region of yogyakarta as village assistance from PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Data source for the study are from interiews with informants from Enforcement authorities under the jurisdiction of village assistance program, and under the supervision of their participants and corporate documents. The results of this study found PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in implementing The CSR Program Kampoeng BNI do three stage , namely the preparation stage,the implementation stage ,and evaluation. In the preparatory stage BNI will survey the location and submission of cooperation to Koperasi Catur Makaryo In order to be a companion in the implementation of the CSR Kampoeng BNI program. Next in the implementation stage, BNI run four program, namely the reforestation program, the distribution of funds loans, workshop,and Inacraft exhibition. In the evaluation BNI just saw the extent to which the success of the program.
