      Abstract
      All system in human need homeostasis, respiratory system, endokrin system, reproducy system, etc. One of mechanism in human body is sleep, resting phase for a crowded trafic. Pathology condition can disturb human need, colaphase system when sleep disturbed, a sleep disorder. Then can be a sillent killer for the human, continously. As a nurse must be prepare nonpharmacologic intervention and pharmacologic intervention (colaboration with others).The aim main of literature review is description about a lot of nonpharmacology interventions for sleep disorder. The method employed was by study literature, searching the literature in some search engine, used the key word sleep disorder and nonpharmacologic interventions. Then analised by the EBN teory about sleep disorder and nonpharmacologic interventions. The result is effectivity nonpharmacologic interventions higher than pharmacologic intervention, for example Progreesive Muscle Relaxation (PMR), Cogninitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), geriatric gymnastics, Brief Behavioral Treatment (BBT), massage therapy, warm water bathing, and Religius Therapy.This study aimed to explore the non pharmacology intervention for the patient with sleep disorder.
