Sleman Football, a community media based supporters of the PSS Sleman football club, is one of the community media that is able to maintain its existence amid challenges and obstacles as a community media. This study aims to determine the management model of news and management of human resources in Sleman Football community media with a theoretical framework of media management, management functions, community media and citizen journalism. The community media of the Sleman Football has implemented a management function including planning: establishing a vision and mission strategies and achieving goals, organizing: forming a structure and division of labor, implementing: directing technical direction in the news coverage process, and controlling: advanced evaluation and planning. This research is expected to be a model for the community of football supporters in Indonesia in order to establish and manage their community media.
