      Abstract
      Risk is an event that potentially can impact negatife and cause losses due to uncertainty. The risk occurred with the possibility or the probability of events that happened not in accordance with the planning. On the implementation of the project of construction of a concrete bridge span short generally has many risks, including the risk of delay in the work. This research aims to analyze what happened and influential factors of impending delay in project implementation of the Cokrowijayan bridge. Research data obtained from work which corresponds to the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), interview by related parties and provide a questionnaire based on events that occur in the field. Then results in may by identifying events and impact on every job in the project which is then processed with the approach of risk = event x impact (R = E × I) and the result is described in table Risk Matrix. The result of the research shows that the most high risk jobs is work soil that have an average rating of 7,56 risk. Other high-risk job that is is work the structure with an average score of 6,33. And the last is the work of the drainage with an average score of 5.33. All these values are included in the category medium risk class.
