PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, KEPUASAN KERJA, DAN TRANSPARANSI TERHADAP LOYALITAS PEGAWAI PUSKESMAS DI WILAYAH KOTA KEBUMEN
Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of compensation, job satisfaction, and transparency on employee loyalty Community Health Center (Puskesmas) In Kebumen City Region.The population used in this research as the object of research is all employees of Community Health Center (Puskesmas) located in Kebumen City area, while the subjects in this study are employees at each Puskesmas in Kebumen City area. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires and observations of research subjects.
The result of the research shows that compensation, job satisfaction and transparency have a real influence on the loyalty of the employees of the Puskesmas in Kebumen City, the compensation, job satisfaction and transparency are maintained and enhanced, because employee loyalty will increase with compensation, job satisfaction and transparency.
