      Abstract
      This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy on performance with stress as an intervening variable in Isuzu Astra Yogyakarta. This study uses a probability sampling method where all members of the population are sampled. The sample in this study were Astra Isuzu employees with a total of 66 employees. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The results showed that self efficacy and stress negatively affected performance
