UTI causing microorganisms are Eschericia coli, Proteus mirabilis, Klebsiela, Citrobacter, Enterobacter and Pseudomonas.. Each hospital need susceptibility pattern for empirical antibiotic treatment of UTI Objective To know the susceptibility pattern and empirical antibiotic treatment on Urinary Tract Infection in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta Methode Descriptive observational retrospective study with cross sectional approach. Urine sample from all inpatients diagnosed with UTI within Desember 2012 until Desember 2014, according to the medical record. Results: Fifty-six UTI patients 63.5 % are females and 60.7 % are 40-69 years old. There are four most common empirical antibiotic treatment were given by clinicians : Ceftriaxon (26.7%) Cefotaxim (19.6%), Levofloxacin (14.2 %), and Ciprofloxacin(14.2%). Conclusion : Escherichia coli is the most common cause of Urinary Tractus infection in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta, while Meropenem showed the highest sensitivity percentage but the most common choice of empirical antibiotic treatment by clinicians is Ceftriaxon
