This study aims to analyze the influence of the board of commissioners, managerial ownership, audit committee, corporate social responsibility, return on assets and return on equity on firm value. The object of this study used manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017. The samples were selected using a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 45. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.0. The results of this study indicate that the board of commissioners, corporate social responsibility and return on assets do not affect company value, managerial ownership, audit committee, and return on equity affect the value of the company
