| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mendeskripsikan strategi komunikasi Majelis Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (MPM) dikelompok penyandang disabilitas, peran Majelis Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (MPM) dalam berkomunikasi pada saat pemberdayaan dikelompok penyandang disabilitas dan Menjelaskan faktor pendukung dan penghambat Majelis Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (MPM) Pimpinan Pusat Muhammadiyah dalam berkomunikasi dengan kelompok penyandang disabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif sebagai berikut: 1) jenis penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif, 2) subyek penelitian ini yaitu Kepala divisi MPM dan Kelompok binaan difabel, 3) teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, 4) teknis analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Strategi komunikasi yang direncanakan oleh Majelis Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pimpinan Pusat Muhammadiyah telah dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap sesuai dengan teori strategi komunikasi. 2) Peran yang dilakukan oleh MPM dalam pemberdayaan yaitu dengan memfasilitasi segala bentuk keterampilan, dan inovasi 3) Faktor Pendukung tidak lain berasal dari dukungan beberapa kelompok difabel yang sangat simpatik dengan program – program untuk pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh MPM, serta terjalinnya komunikasi yang efektif kepada LSM dan juga NGO lain. serta dari kelompok difabel itu sendiri khususnya kelompok Ngaglik yang mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan MPM itu sendiri, | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to describe the communication strategy of Public Empowerment Council (PEC) towards the community of people with disabilities and the role of PEC in communicating during empowerment Also, this study also aims to explain the supporting and inhiibiting factor of PEC in communicating with the community of disabled people. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The research subjects were the heads of the PEC and the disabled people target groups. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicated that the communication strategy planned by PEC has been carried out through several stages by communication strategy theory. The role taken by PEC in empowerment is to facilitate all forms of skill and innovation. The supporting factors came from the support of several disabled people groups who were very sympathetic with the programs for the empowerment of PEC, as well as the establishment of effective communication with other NGOs. | en_US |
