This study aims to describe the stages of counseling for child survivor of sexual abuse at Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Perempuan dan Anak Kasus Kekerasan (P2TPAKK) "Rekso Dyah Utami", a governmental service center for women and child survivors of violence. Besides, this study will explain the obstacles and supporting factors in counseling at the center. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the stages of childhood sexual abuse counseling at "Rekso Dyah Utami" are similar to general counseling stages with several differences between them. The techniques used in counseling child survivor quite different from the one used in adult survivor counseling. Children language and cognition are the obstacles to do counseling to them.
