This article will explain about the reason why Malaysian Government have a strong stand to urged the Governement of Myanmar to stop the conflict in Rakhine State that targeted the Rohingya people and make them live in suffer. The research is based on literature and media analysis, statements of official government, and official documents. As we know, the conflict in Rakhine State in Myanmar forcing the Rohingya people to flee to another place and most of them end up in refugee camp in several countries like in Bangladesh, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. Both Malaysia and Myanmar are the member state of ASEAN. The emerged of Rohingya conflict and the way Myanmar’s Government address this issue has already violate several fundamental principles on the ASEAN Charter. Because of this, Malaysian Government already has take some actions to urged Myanmar to address Rohingya conflict immediately.
