PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN CITRA PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH TABUNGAN PADA BMT BIF BUGISAN YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effects of service quality and company image on the loyalty of savings customers at BMF BIF Bugisan Yogyakarta.
In this study, the independent variables used were service quality (X1) and company image (X2). While the dependent variable used customer loyalty (Y). In this study, researcher used quantitative methods. The sampling method used purposive sampling and incidental sampling.Data collection used questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents, observation, documentation and interviews. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of respondents, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.
The results of this study indicate that the independent variables of service quality and company image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.
