This research aims to: (1) review the history of the Islamic coaching program initiation, (2) find out the input of the Islamic coaching program implementation, (3) find out the process of Islamic coaching program implementation, and (4) intimidate the success of Islamic coaching program. This research used mixed method approach that is combining between quantitative and qualitative. The subjects are all parties related to the Islamic coaching namely the institution chairman, all coaches, institution administrators, and the prisoners. The data were collected using in-depth interview, documentation observation, and open questionnaire. The qualitative data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman model while the quantitative data were analyzed using statistic descriptive consisting of 4 stages namely context, input, process, and product. The results show that from the aspect of product, the program is categorized as good. Meanwhile, if seen from the aspects of context, input, and process, these aspects are all good as well. The research results show that: (1) the history of Islamic coaching program mentioned is good which can be seen from the formulation of the program was initiated with survey and survey results previously. (2) The planning of Islamic education program can be categorized as fair. If seen from the open questionnaire and diagram, it can be concluded that the highest score in the success diagram of Islamic coaching program is the istiqamah (steadfastness) category, the second is hunger, and the third getting the lowest score in the success diagram of Islamic coaching program is the success category. Thus, it needs to be noticed and must be considered as a target of improvement.
