HUBUNGAN ANTARA PENGETAHUAN DAN MASA KERJA PETUGAS KESEHATAN DALAM KEPATUHAN PENGELOLAAN LIMBAH DI PUSKESMAS MARGOYOSO II
Abstract
Back ground: Based on data from the 2014 National Health Profile there
are 74.9% of districts and cities that have carried out waste management in
hospitals but have not achieved the 2014 Ministry of Health's Renstra
target of 75%. The percentage of puskesmas that have managed the correct
medical waste is only 55% in 2014
Research method: This research is a quantitative study with observational
analytic design using a cross sectional design. The subjects of this study
were health workers at the puskesmas. The number of samples is 50
respondents, the sampling technique uses totallity sampling. The
instrument in this study is using a questionnaire and checklist. Data
analysis using descriptive statistical test and chi square test
Results: The results of this study indicate that based on the knowledge of
health workers working Community Health Center, most of them were in
the good category as many as 24 respondents (60.0%). most of them are
included in the yes category as many as 29 respondents (72.5%). This
study also shows that there is a relationship between knowledge and
compliance with waste management of health workers working Health
Center, with a significance value on the results of the study (p = 0.002
<0.05)
Conclusion: there is a correlation between knowledge and compliance
with waste management of health workers working Community Health
Center, with a significance value on the results of the study (p = 0.002
