STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI DINAS BPAD YOGYAKARTA DALAM MENSOSIALISASIKAN I-JOGJA TAHUN 2017
Abstract
I-Jogja is a digital library managed by the Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah (BPAD) Yogyakarta which aims to make it easier for people to get reading books. In the first year launch I-Jogja was still less attractive to the public so that in 2017 BPAD as the organizer conducted a socialization so that the community was interested in using I-Jogja. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative to reveal the communication strategies carried out by BPAD Yogyakarta in socializing I-Jogja. The data sources in this study are interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted on two informants and documentation in the form of activity reports and photographs that were evidence in the socialization activities carried out by BPAD Yogyakarta. The results of the study show that the communication strategy activities carried out by Grahatama organized library starts from identifying problems, establishing communication objectives, composing messages, and determining communication channels to disseminate information about messages to be conveyed to users who are the target audience in communication strategy activities. Implementation of communication strategy activities, Grahatama Library uses several media such as digital media, printed media and seminars as a means of disseminating information such as seminars or public discussions
