KEBIJAKAN INDONESIA DALAM MENGHADAPI KRISIS DIPLOMATIK QATAR DI WILAYAH TIMUR TENGAH TAHUN 2017
Abstract
Indonesia became a country with foreign policy which active to follow the activities of international peace, include to facing Qatar’s diplomatic crisis in Middle East Region On 2017. Qatar's diplomatic conflict that caused Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt severed diplomatic ties with Qatar and blocked all land, sea and air traffic to country of Qatar. Because Qatar has supported terrorism, it has embraced several terrorist and sectarian groups, which Gulf states have disturbed regional stability, such as the Muslim Brotherhood (Ikhawanul Muslimin), ISIS and Al Qaeda. Based on cooperation relations of Indonesia and Qatar in politic, economic, and others made Indonesia worried about direction of both relations since diplomatic crisis exist in Qatar. Indonesia in their policy to facing diplomatic crisis used total diplomacy which involving stakeholders both from the state (government) and non-state (non-government).
