KELAYAKAN USAHA KERUPUK RAMBAK DI KELURAHAN SEMBUNG KECAMATAN TULUNGAGUNG KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG
Abstract
Thesis is guided by Triwara Buddhi S & Lestari Rahayu). Feasibility study of rambak crackers home industry, made from beef and bufallo skin as raw material which centered in Sembung district, and is the only one place in Tulungagung Regency that produces rambak crackers. However, this industry hads limited capital, labor and technology. This study aims to determine the costs, income, profits and business feasibility of rambak cracker home industry. The location is determine using purposive sampling technique, because Sembung District is a center of rambak crackers in Tulungagung Regency. To determine of respondents, is using census techniques, there are all of rambak cracker craftsmen, amount 30 craftsmen. The results showed that the costs incurred in the beef rambak cracker industry for 1 production (2 weeks) averaged Rp 10.688.228 and buffalo rambak crackers Rp 16.090.602, revenues of Rp 7.908.421 for beef rambak crackers and Rp 9.633.668 for buffalo rambak crackers, then the profit of beef rambak crackers was Rp 5.719.772 and buffalo rambak crackers Rp 7.429.398. The feasibility of the beef rambak cracker industry from labor productivity is Rp 246.752/HKO, capital productivity is 74% and R/C is 1,53. Furthermore, for buffalo rambak crackers has a labor productivity of Rp 309.162, capital productivity of 50% and R/C of 1,46, home industries of rambak beef and buffalo crackers in Sembung District are worth cultivating.
