      Abstract
Tea picking households are generally involved in various activities, both economic activities and non-economic activities. This has an effect on the outpouring of working time for tea pickers at PT. Rumpun Sari Kemuning I. This study aims to determine the outpouring of working time for tea pickers, the effect of age, wages, number of family dependents, education, work experience, and location of the field on the outpouring of working time for tea workers and the income contribution of tea pickers to household total income. This study uses primary data from the survey of 77 tea pickers chosen by using the proportional random sampling method and questionnaires that have been designed according to the research’s objectives. Datas were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the working time of tea pickers was 29,14 hours / week, while the working time of tea pickers in economic activities was 38,90 hours / month and non economic activities was 129,10 hours/week. Significant factors that influence the outflow of working time of tea pickers in real or significant ways are age, education, and work experience. The income contribution of tea pickers to household total income is 47,65% and its contribution is included in the medium category.
