ANALISIS KEUNTUNGAN USAHA DAGANG BUAH-BUAHAN DI KOTA YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims to determine the costs, revenues, profits and feasibility of fruit trading businesses in the Yogyakarta Giwangan Market. This research was conducted in February 2019. The study used a descriptive method with purposive determination of the location and sampling using census techniques took all samples of 42 wholesaler of fruit traders in the Giwangan Fruit Market. Data is collected through interviews and observations which are then analyzed in description. The results showed that the majority of the age of wholesale fruit traders in Giwangan Market were in productive working age with ages 19-37 years and had high school education with 10-20 years experience. The fruits sold by merchants consist of 13 fruits, namely mangosteen, duku, zalacca, sapodilla, grapefruit, watermelon, mango, banana, guava, pineapple, dragon fruit, jember orange, and melon. The biggest expenditure is found in duku fruit with a total cost of Rp. 366,486,652 while the biggest profit was found in grapefruit fruit with a profit of Rp. 33,117,683. All types of fruit sold by traders have an R/C value above number 1 which means that the business is feasible to run. The highest R/C is sapodilla fruit with an R/C Ratio of 1.35.
