PENGARUH ZIKIR TERHADAP KECEMASAN MAHASISWA YANG MENGHADAPI UJIAN OBJECTIVE STRUCTURED CLINICAL EXAMINATION (OSCE) PADA MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN (PSIK) ANGKATAN 2016 UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
Background Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) is a skill test conducted by students by means of assessment based on the skills observed when performing clinical skills, so that it can affect anxiety in students who face the OSCE exam. anxiety is a problem that needs to be addressed. Remembrance intervention is an outogenic technique, meditation that can reduce anxiety.
Research purposes. This study aims to determine the effect of remembrance on the level of anxiety in students.
Methodology. This type of research is Quasy Eksperiment with the Pre-Post Test With Control Group design using the Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study amounted to 105 people with the sampling method Simple Random Sampling as many as 52 people who met the inclusion criteria. The sample in this study was divided into two groups: 26 control groups and 26 intervention groups. The instrument used to measure anxiety levels is to use ZSAR-S (Zung Self Anxiety Rating-Scale). The statistical tests used in this study were Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney
Results. Mann-Whitney test in the control and intervention groups obtained results of p value 0.004 (p ≤ 0.05) which means that there were significant differences between the control group and the intervention group significantly. Wilxocon statistical test results. Shows there is an influence on the level of anxiety before and after the remembrance intervention given with a value of p 0,000 (p ≤ 0.05) significantly.
Conclusion. There is a difference in remembrance of challenging levels in students.
