Abstract
Background : hydrogel scaffolding is a scaffold mae from natural synthesis that can be used to form hydrogels for tissue engineering . the hydrogel is an important class of biomaterials in excellent biocompatibility. Scaffold has properties that play a role in cell absorbtion, one of which is interface adherence which is a way of a cell or protein attached to the surface of the scaffold and the scaffold used must be able to support cell adhesion and cell proliferation and facilitate cell contact and migration. The purpose of this study was to find out which scaffold was most effective at absorbing PRP.
Method : The type this reaserch is experimental laboratory reaserch, post test design. The number of samples in this study was 9, each consentration had 3 samples. The data collection technique in this study is by dripping PRP at each scaffold concentration then observed with a light microscope and calculated. The statistical test used is oneway anova.
Result : The result of this study indicated a significant difference in the number of concentration 3:7 with 10:0 and 6:4 with 3:7, with a value of p = (p < 0.005). based on the results of these studies it can be concluded that there are differences in the effectiveness of 3:7 with 10:0 and 6:4 with 3:7 .
