In order to educated the nation’s life, good and quality human resources are needed. So that since humans (children) are still in the womb the growth has been monitored. If there is an abnormality, it can be immediately known and an attempt is made be created and have optimal growth and development. Purpose this research was determine the differences in motor skills of children with in the of parents and TPA. The research uses observation cross sectional method. Sample consist of 30 people which divided into 7 people who raised by parents and remainder 23 people raised by TPA. Data rated by using one set tool of Denver test. The result of Denver test would show thw development of children who are value among the groups who analysis by using Chi-Square test. The level of development of the child between the group who raised by parents and raised by TPA did not differ significantly (p=0,157). There are many factors which related each other to influence the children motor development besides parenting. Factors beside parenting may accur why the result of children motor development test which related to parenting do not findthe significant differences.
