| dc.description | Orang dengan HIV/AIDS menghadapi berbagai permasalahan salah satunya permasalahan pada spiritualitas seperti menolak untuk beribadah, menyalahkan Tuhan, beribadah tidak sesuai ketentuan, gangguan dalam beribadah maupun distress spiritual. Gambaran situasi kehidupan yang dihadapi ODHA tersebut pada akhirnya mempengaruhi penilaian terhadap konsep dirinya. Orang dengan HIV/AIDS mengahdapi berbagai stigma negatif dari lingkungan dan bahkan ada yang tidak menerima dirinya dengan kondisinya sekarang. Ada ODHA terpuruk/menyesal sehingga berfikir bahwa Tuhan tidak adil dan merasa bahwa semua adalah ganjaran dari apa yang sudah di perbuat. Tujuan peneliti ini adalah merumuskan masalah apakah ada hubungan spiritualitas terhadap konsep diri Orang Dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA).
Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 88 ODHA dengan kriteria usia ≥20 tahun, ODHA yang mengikuti pendampingan 6 bulan, masih aktif mengikuti pndampingan. Instrument yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Spiritual Perspective Scale dan Konsep diri.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebagian besar ODHA berusia 20-40 tahun sebanyak 59 orang (67%) berjenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 63 orang (71,6%), beragama islam sebanyak 69 orang (74,8%) dan bersukukan jawa sebanyak 79 orang (89,8%). Pendidikan terakhir ODHA adalah SMA/sederajat sebanyak 51 (58%) dan memiliki pekerjaan lain-lain (guru, ibu rumah tangga, petani, pengamen, dan pengangguran) sebanyak 50 orang (56,8%). Mayoritas responden memiliki karateristik lama terdiagnosa sebanyak 55 orang dalam rentang (0-5 tahun) dengan persentase (62,5%). sebagian besar responden mempunyai spiritualitas yang baik sebanyak 76 orang dengan prosentase 86,4% dan responden yang terdiri dari konsep citra diri yang dalam kategori baik sejumlah 66 orang dengan prosentase 75%. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | People with HIV / AIDS face various problems, one of which is the problem of spirituality such as refusing to worship, blaming God, worship not according to the provisions, disruption in worship and spiritual distress. The description of the life situation faced by PLWHA ultimately affects the assessment of his concept. People with HIV / AIDS face a variety of negative stigmas from the environment and some even do not accept themselves in their current condition. There are ODHA who are down / sorry so they think that God is unfair and feels that all is a reward for what has been done. The aim of this researcher is to formulate the problem of whether there is a relationship of spirituality to the self concept of People With HIV / AIDS (PLWHA). This study uses cross-sectional with a sample size of 88 people living with HIV with the criteria of age ≥20 years, PLWHA who follow 6 months of mentoring, are still actively participating in counseling. The instrument used in this study is Spiritual Perspective Scale and Self Concept.
Based on the results of the study, most people living with HIV aged 20-40 years were 59 people (67%) as many as 63 people (71.6%), as many as 69 people (74.8%) and Java had as many as 79 people (89.8%). The last education for PLWHA was 51% (58%) and had other jobs (teachers, housewives, farmers, street singers, and unemployed) of 50 people (56.8%). The majority of respondents had a long-diagnosed characteristic of 55 people in the range (0-5 years) with a percentage (62.5%). most respondents have good spirituality as many as 76 people with a percentage of 86.4% and respondents consisting of the concept of self-image in the good category of 66 people with a percentage of 75%. | en_US |
