EVALUASI (SOP-GAP) USAHATANI BUNGA KRISAN DI KECAMATAN SAMIGALUH KABUPATEN KULON PROGO DAN KECAMATAN PAKEM KABUPATEN SLEMAN DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
Samigaluh Subdistrict, Kulon Progo Regency and Pakem Subdistrict, Sleman Regency is an area below the development of chrysanthemum farming by the Institute of Agricultural Technology of Yogyakarta Special Region on 2006 and 2011. The development of chrysanthemum farming is motivated by a higher demand for chrysanthemum compared to the total production in Special Region of Yogyakarta and its surroundings. Chrysanthemum farming which more increasing is based on the application of cultivation appropriate to the Standard Operating Procedure - Good Agriculture Practice (SOP - GAP) by farmers. he purposes of this research are (1) To find out the application level of Standard Operating Procedure - Good Agriculture Practice (SOP-GAP) on chrysanthemum farming in Samigaluh District, Kulon Progo Regency and Pakem District, Sleman Regency. (2) To find out factors which influence the implementation level of Standard Operating Procedure - Good Agriculture Practice (SOP-GAP) on chrysanthemum farming in Samigaluh District, Kulon Progo Regency and Pakem District, Sleman Regency. This research uses descriptive analysis method and uses questionnaires and interview systems in data retrieval. The processing data in this research using Spearman score and rank techniques. The results showed, (1) the implementation level of Standard Operating Procedure - Good Agriculture Practice (SOP-GAP) on chrysanthemum farming in Samigaluh Subdistrict, Kulon Progo Regency included in a very high category and same with Pakem District, Sleman Regency included in a very high category. (2) the implementation level of Standard Operating Procedure - Good Agriculture Practice (SOP-GAP) for chrysanthemum farming in Samigaluh Subdistrict, Kulon Progo Regency and Pakem Subdistrict, Sleman Regency related to education, availability of capital, and the number of workers in the family level.
