This research aims to analyze The Effect of The Utilization Of Information Technology, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture of Financial Management Performance against villages in the whole of the village which is in the Sungaiselan subdistrict of Bangka Regency, Central Province Bangka Belitung. This research use questionnaire method in data retrieval. The subject in this study is the village chief, Treasurer, members of BPD and companion of the village. The population in this study amounted to 13 villages so the respondents amounted to 52 people. Method of sampling done by the method of census. Analysis tools are used multiple linear regression analysis. The data processing is performed with the SPSS 15.0. Based on the analysis that has been done the results obtained that the utilization of information technology and organizational commitment to a positive effect on performance management of the finances of the village. While the organizational culture does not have an effect on the performance of the financial management of the village.
