MANAJEMEN RISIKO KETERLAMBATAN PADA PROYEK REHABILITASI JEMBATAN WINONGO B1 DI JALAN BANTUL
Abstract
Bridges are the most strategic transportation infrastructure that very useful for connecting one area to another which is separated by an obstacle (river). In the construction and rehabilitation of bridges project there will be several similar obstacles, such as the results that obtained not suitable with specifications, swelling construction costs, and work delays. Therefore, the understanding of risk management needs to be improved so that problems can be avoided. This study have purpose to analyze the risk of the work that contains in Work Breakdown Structure that can affect the project implementation time and identify jobs that have the highest risk of delay in the Winongo B1 Bridge Rehabilitation Project. The data that needed is taken from enter directly into the field (project location), conducting surveys, observations, and interviews through questionnaires and then put it in the risk matrix. The results showed that there were two risk factors that could lead to delays in the project, that is samples for determining mixing plans (mix design) are not approved and the scaffolding of the lower formwork was washed away due to flooding. The jobs that have highest level of risk of delay are upper structure assignment with an average risk value of 4.44 then soil and geosynthetics assignment with an average risk value of 4.00.
