PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (STUDI PADA PENGURUS ORGANISASI PERKASA SENUKO SIDOAGUNG GODEAN SLEMAN)
Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of organizational commitment in mediating the relationship between transfromational leadership style and the performance of the management of the Mighty Senuko Organization in Sidoarjo, Godean Sleman. The sample technique in this study used saturated samples and collected 40 respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis method used in the form of simple regression, multiple regression, and sobel test.
The results of the study of transformational leadership style have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance, transformational leadership style has no effect on performance, organizational commitment is able to mediate or intervening between the effects of transformational leadership on performance.
