dc.descriptionOnline shopping/ e-commers in Indonesia is showing a good progress for past couple years, with alot of benefits they offered. Lazada is one of the pioneer in online shopping/ ecommmers around South East Asia including Indonesia. Lazada.co.id launch in March 212 and already got 1000 customers in the first month, its because of a complete product and quality lazada’s gave. The subject of this study is followers lazada on facebook aims to find out perception of e-commers lazada.co.id. the reseaech used qualitative descriptive method. This study was conducted on April 2017 and finish on april 2019. Research data obtained through interview technique to criteria for purpose to meet the perception. Based on the process that determine perceptions influenced several factor, namely, the need for experience, knowlegde, and motivation to build a trust of informants. The research result obtained is lazada has a positive image because of the service they give, interesting because provide a few facility that can support a shopping process, trustworthy customer never have a bad experiences or a fraud. Customer find an easier way and got more benefits from online shopping.en_US
