PENGARUH STRES KERJA, JOB EMBEDDEDNES, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION (STUDI PADA PERAWAT RUMAH SAKIT PKU MUHAMMADIYAH TEMANGGUNG)
Abstract
This study discusses work stress, embedded work, job satisfaction, organizational commitment to intention to move to the Nurse Hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Temanggung. In this study the data collection method used was the census method using a questionnaire with the participation of 75 employees. The number of questionnaires that can be processed are 51 questionnaires. The data analysis technique of this study uses multiple regression analysis
The results of this study indicate that work stress is positive and significant for turnover intentions. Jobs are embedded negatively and are significant for turnover intentions. Job satisfaction is negative and significant for turnover intentions. Organizational commitment is negative and significant for turnover intentions.
