PENERAPAN METODE GROUP PROJECT WORK DALAM MATA KULIAH CHUJOKYU DOKKAI
Abstract
Student Centered Learning (SCL) is a learning approach that uses a learner-centered approach. This learning approach has been applied in the higher education curriculum. Among many SCL methods, one of them is Group Project Work learning method.This study aims to analyze the implementation and responses of students on Group Project Work learning methods used in Chujokyu Dokkai course. This study used descriptive-qualitative method with a sample of research is third-year student of the Japanese Language Education of Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta academic year 2018/2019. The data collection techniques that used in this study are observation, questionnaires, and interviews.
From the data that has been obtained and analyzed the results show that the Group Project Work learning method has a systematic and well-planned learning stage. It consist of three stage learning, first is introduction stage, second is implementation stage, and the last is evaluation stage. Furthermore, student responses to this learning method are also positive. This explains that the Group Project Work learning method is a good learning method to be used in learning Dokkai.
