      Abstract
      High voltage (kV) on X-ray machine is the voltage produced by High Tension Tranformator (HTT) which will give the potential difference to the X-ray tube. Regional general hospitals in Indonesia still uses X-ray machine using rotary switch as kV selection. Radiographers will get the effects of radiation because they are exposed to continuous radiation when they run the machine, because they have to operate the machine directly. The many uses of cables in analog systems are also still less efficient. Therefore, wireless X-ray controller is designed to reduce radiation exposure to radiographers and reduce the use of cables on X-ray machine. This research uses Personal Computer (PC) as a platform to set parameter values, namely kV. Serial communication uses Bluetooth HC-05, minimum system uses ATmega 328p IC and data processing on PC uses Delphi application. Measurements on the device use a multimeter to determine the input voltage for HTT. The measurement results from parameter 60 kV, 65 kV, 70 kV, 75 kV, dan 80 kV, the smallest correction value is 0.15 kV on the 75 kV parameter, and the biggest correction value is 1.66 kV on the 65 kV parameter. The correction value is still within the tolerance value range of ± 1kV. In the measurement of distance the farthest results obtained by 6 meters with a barrier wall thickness of 9.5 cm
