KAJIAN PENGGUNAAN ANTIPSIKOTIK PADA PASIEN SKIZOFRENIA DI RUMAH SAKIT JIWA GRHASIA YOGYAKARTA PERIODE 2017
Abstract
Mental disorders are health problems that need to be discussed. The most
common mental disorder is schizophrenia. In 2013 the Special Region of
Yogyakarta (DIY) became one of the provinces with the highest prevalence of
severe mental disorders (schizophrenia) in Indonesia. This disease requires
antipsychotic therapy in a long period of time, it is very possible that the treatment
process can be found in the use of antipsychotics. This study was conducted to
determine the pattern of antipsychotic use in schizophrenia patients at Grhasia
General Hospital Yogyakarta and to evaluate the evaluation of antipsychotic
therapies and side effects caused by patients in these hospitals.
This research was conducted using a descriptive design with retrospective
data collection by looking at medical record data in patients diagnosed with
schizophrenia for the 2017 period, which was cross sectional. The sampling
technique used was simple random sampling with a sample of 64 patients who met
the study inclusion criteria. Antipsychotic treatment data obtained related to the
accuracy of the indication, the accuracy of the patient, the accuracy of the drug, the
accuracy of the dose, the accuracy of the frequency, and alert to side effects. The
data is then presented descriptively in the form of a percentage.
The results showed that the use of antipsychotic drugs in schizophrenic
patients at Grhasia Mental Hospital Yogyakarta in the 2017 period of therapy was
Risperidon 3.1% and combination of Clozapin with Risperidon 35%. The results of
the analysis of the accuracy of the use of antipsychotic drugs in schizophrenic
patients at Grhasia Mental Hospital Yogyakarta period 2017 showed 100%
indication accuracy, 100% patient accuracy, 82.8% accuracy of drugs, 98.6% dose
accuracy, 98.6% frequency accuracy. The description of the occurrence of side
effects of the use of antipsychotic drugs that appeared in Grhasia Yogyakarta
Hospital in 2017 for 3 patients 5% was approved by hypersalivation and tremor
which are extrapyramidal phenomena.
