This research aims to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, size of company, business risks, the structure of assets, capital structure and profitability. The object in this research is the mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange 2013 period up to 2017. The technique of sampling in this research is purposive sampling and obtained samples of as many as 40 companies. Analytical tools used in this study is the analysis of multiple linear regression through the Eviews 9. The results of this research show that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, firm size effect and negative and not significant to the structure of capital. A positive and influential business risk not significantly to capital structure. The structure of assets of significant positive effect against the capital structure influential negative Profitability significantly to capital structure.
