In the process of carrying out construction work, we often encounter several obstacles or obstacles. Construction work is one of the jobs that has risks, especially during the construction phase. This process usually takes a long time and is complex so that it can lead to quality deviations which will eventually lead to various risks. Quality implementation is a systematic effort to meet standards in accordance with the objectives of planning, designing information systems, comparing implementation by analyzing the possibility of irregularities, then taking corrective actions so that resources can be used effectively and efficiently in achieving targets. The purpose of this study is to assess the quality deviation of work on the implementation of column, beam and floor plate structure work at the stage of construction of the Grand Keisha Hotel Yogyakarta. The method used in this study uses analysis qualitatively with a risk assessment approach. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the deviation of work quality at the stage of column structure work, beams and floor plates at the construction stage of the Grand Keisha Hotel Yogyakarta was included in the medium level category, proving that the implementation of quality was carried out and carried out properly according to methods and procedures. Project management as a whole has managed to manage, direct and control the entire set of activities effectively to increase productivity in terms of performance quality implementation.
