This study aims to determine the role of agricultural extension adviser (PPL) and the level of application of Jajar Legowo Technology in the sido rukun farmers in Bawuran Village. The basic method used in this research is descriptive method. Determination of Respondents in this study using purposive sampling. The technique of data collection is done by using the questionnaire interview method. The results showed that the level of application of jajar legowo technology in the sido rukun farmers was included in the "High" category. This means that farmers have already understood the technology of jajar legowo so that they can implement the technology as recommended. The role of agricultural instructors on the technology of jajar legowo in the sido rukun farmers shows the "high" category. Thus it can be seen that agricultural instructors have a real role in the development of jajar legowo technology in Bawuran Village, especially in the sido rukun farmers. The agriculture instructor has successfully carried out a program provided by the Bantul District Agriculture Office.
