This research will discuss the implementation of the Aceh National Land Agency's Complete Sitematic Land Registration Program in 2018. The Systematic Land Registration Program is an effort of the Central and Regional Governments to overcome various common problems in the agrarian sector. Through the granting of the legalization of assets, it is expected that the restructuring, ownership, use and utilization of land can be carried out in order to create justice in the field of land tenure and ownership. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study using a case study approach. Interviews, observations, library studies or documentation are data collection techniques. The results showed that Complete Systematic Land Registration is an effort of the Central and Local Governments to accelerate the process of granting guarantees and protection of land rights throughout Indonesia. The implementation of complete systematic land registration in the Province of Aceh, especially Banda Aceh City and South Aceh District in general, is running well where certificates can be issued for the land area of the city of Banda Aceh as many as 2279 plots and South Aceh regency 1,669 Plots. The strategy adopted by the Aceh Provincial BPN and the District / City office to accelerate the program is to collaborate with relevant agencies such as village officials, police, prosecutors, notaries and related agencies that can propose locations for complete systematic land registration. Then the use of computerized Kegiantan Land to see the national recapitulation of mapping and filing later for the adjudication team also has administrative applications, complete systematic land registration in the Physical field, PTSL Yuridis and Blanko.
