dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan; 1. Mengetahui perilaku kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah PNS SMK Muhammadiyah Kota Yogyakarta; 2. Mengetahui perilaku kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Non PNS SMK Muhammadiyah Kota Yogyakarta; 3. Mengetahui perbedaan atau persamaan perilaku kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah PNS dan Non PNS SMK Muhammadiyah Kota Yogyakarta.
Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan analisis data reduksi, display, mengambil kesimpulan dan verifikasi. adapun subyek penelitian kepala sekolah, guru dan karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan angket.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan: 1. Perilaku kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah PNS di SMK Muhammadiyah Kota Yogyakarta menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar para guru menyatakan setuju dengan perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah PNS di sekolah artinya perilaku kepemimpinannya berpredikat baik. 2. Perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah Non PNS di SMK Muhammadiyah Kota Yogyakarta disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar para guru menyatakan setuju dengan perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah Non PNS artinya perilaku kepemimpinanya berpredikat baik. 3. Perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah Non PNS lebih tinggi nilainya dari kepala sekolah PNS. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The research aims at: 1. Finding out the leadership behaviours of the
Headmasters with civil servant status of SMK Muhammadiyah in Yogyakarta
Municipal; 2. Finding out the leadership behaviours of the Headmasters without
civil servant status of SMK Muhammadiyah in Yogyakarta Municipal; 3.
Finding out the difference or similarity of the leadership behaviours of the
Headmasters with and without civil servant status of SMK Muhammadiyah in
Yogyakarta Municipal.
The method of the research used the descriptive qualitative one, with data
analysis reduction, display,conclusion drawing and verification. research subjects
of headmasters, teachers, and staffs. The data collecting technique used
observation, interview, and questionnaire.
Based on the result of the research that the researcher conducted, it could
be concluded that: 1. The leadership behaviour of the Headmasters with civil
servant status of SMK Muhammadiyah in Yogyakarta Municipal showed that
most of the teachers agreed with the leadership behaviours of the Headmasters
with civil servant status of the schools, meaning that their leadership behaviours
had good remarks. 2. From the leadership behaviour of the Headmasters without
civil servant status of SMK Muhammadiyah in Yogyakarta Municipal, it could
be concluded that most of the teachers agreed with the leadership behaviours of
the Headmasters without civil servant status of the schools, meaning that their
leadership behaviours had good remarks. 3. The leadership behaviours of the
Headmasters without civil servant status had better score than those of with civil
