dc.descriptionThis study provides a description about culture change program in PT Bank BPD DIY. In 5 April 2013, this company proposed to become PT or limited liability Company which able to offer shares to the public. This company also changes its culture to help achieving those targets. There are some espoused values used in early 2017, Budaya Kerja Istimewa and Perilaku Utama Ramah. Istimewa is short of Integritas (Integrity), Sigap (Spry), Tangguh (Tough), Inovatif (Innovative), Mutu (Quality), Empati (Empathy), Waspada (Caution) and Antusias (Enthusiastic). Ramah is short of Respek (Respect), Akurat (Accurate), Modern, Amanah (Trust) and Handal (Reliable). PT Bank BPD DIY held some programs to change its culture, start from Socialization, Internalization, Implementation, Monitoring, Evaluation and Strengthening. This is a descriptive research, which the author going to interpret or describe a phenomenon such as conditions that exists in the organization. Information is taken from the first batch of culture change program, where the author became one of the agents of change. In the same year, PT Bank BPD DIY Total assets increase to 9, 81%, Costumer Deposits increase to 9, 55%, Loans and Financing increase to 9, 8% and Net Profit increase to 3, 95%. It also achieves diamond trophy awards from Infobank and Indonesian Banking Award in the same year.en_US
