PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP PENGUNGKAPAN WHISTLEBLOWING DENGAN TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style influence and
organizational commitment to influence whistleblowing with the level of
education as a moderating variable (empirical study at PT. Waskita Karya
Palembang Ogan Bridge Project). This test is targeted at the employees of PT.
Waskita Karya Palembang Ogan Bridge Project in Whistleblowing as the
dependent variable, Education Level as a Moderating variable, as well as the
Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment variables as an independent
variable. The sample used is both permanent and non-permanent employees at
PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. - Palembang Ogan Bridge Project which is a
leading SOE company in Indonesia and has a good reputation. This research uses
perposive sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data.
Based on the process of distributing the questionnaire, 52 respondents were
obtained. Hypothesis testing in this study using SPSS Software with multiple
regression analysis. The results showed that the Leadership Style had a positive
effect on Whistleblowing disclosure intentions. Organizational commitment has a
positive influence on Whistleblowing disclosure intentions. Leadership style is
able to influence Whistleblowing disclosure intentions with Education Level as a
moderating variable having a negative effect. Organizational Commitment is able
to influence the disclosure intention of Whistleblowing with Education Level as a
moderating variable that has a negative effect.
