Distribution channel is a channel on the electrical power system that is directly connected to customers or consumers using a medium voltage channel system. Reliable distribution channels must be able to distribute electricity even if a disturbance occurs. The coordination failure of the protection system is one of the disruptions causes on the distribution channel. Therefore, to maintain power continuity, the value of the relay setting in coordination system must be correct. Where the relay on the circuit breaker (CB) when a disturbance does not spread to other systems. In this final project, the author will discuss about the comparison between the value of OCR and GFR relay settings in the Godean Substation with the value of the relay setting that are calculated manually and the will be simulated with ETAP software to get good coordination results.
