| dc.description | This research aims at analyzing the effect of teachers’ creativity on learning motivation of the students at SMP IT Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta. The nature of this research was correlational with quantitative approach. The variables of this research were teachers as independent variable and students’ learning motivation as the dependent variable. The data were collected through questionnaire and interview method. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression. The subjects of the research were 101 Grade XI students of SMP IT Masjid Syuhada, Academic Year 2019/2020, selected through nonprobability sampling technique. The acquired data were calculated using the product moment correlation by SPSS 20 software application. The research result shows that there is no significant effect of teachers’ creativity on learning motivation of the students at SMP IT Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta. It is proven by the statistical test of coefficients, in which tcount = 1.902. With the statistic table of the criteria calculation: significance level (α = 0.05) for both parties testing, df or dk (freedom degree) = total data – 2, or 101 – 2 = 99, it is found that ttable = 1.660. As a result, tcount < ttable (1.092 < 1.660), thus, Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, meaning that it is not significant. Therefore, it can be concluded that the variable of teachers’ creativity has insignificant effect on the students’ learning motivation. The limitation of this research is that teachers variable is not specifically used towards one specific subject. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari kreativitas guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMP IT Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian ini adalah kreativitas guru sebagai variabel bebas dan motivasi belajar siswa sebagai variabel terikat. Data diambil dengan metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Subjek yang diteliti adalah siswa kelas IX SMP IT Masjid Syuhada, Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020 menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yang berjumlah 101 siswa. Data yang telah diperoleh diolah menggunakan korelasi product moment dengan aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kreativitas guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMP IT Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan pada uji statistik pada nilai Coefficients diperoleh t hitung = 1,092. Dengan mencari statistik tabel dengan kriteria : Tingkat signifikan (α = 0,05) untuk uji dua pihak, Df atau dk (derajat kebebasan) = jumlah data – 2, atau 101 – 2 = 99, sehingga di dapat t tabel = 1,660. Ternyata, nilai t hitung < t tabel (1,092<1,660), maka Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima, artinya tidak signifikan. Maka, hasilnya variabel kreativitas guru tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan yaitu tidak menggunakan variabel guru secara khusus pada satu mata pelajaran tertentu. | en_US |
