PEMULIHAN PASCA BENCANA GEMPA BUMI DI LOMBOK UTARA PADA TAHUN 2018
Abstract
Geographically Indonesia is known as a region prone to various natural hazard events, which can threaten and disrupt people's lives and livelihoods caused by both natural and non-natural factors including those of human beings themselves. An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.0 that occurred in NTB Province, especially North Lombok in 2018, has had an impact on the conditions of various aspects for the community and government in North Lombok. Therefore, local governments have a greater responsibility to carry out recovery after the occurrence disaster in accordance with the mandate of Law 24/2007 on Disaster, this study aims to look at the recovery efforts undertaken by the North Lombok Regency Government through the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction process. This research is descriptive using qualitative data research methods used from disaster recovery planning documents and online news and analyzed with the Nvivo 12 Plus application. The results show that the efforts made by the local government are to carry out Rehabilitation and Reconstruction that have been determined through 5 main aspects namely the Social, Economic, Infrastructure, Settlement and Cross-Sector Sectors, Nvivo results show the Economic, Social and Settlement Sectors are the priorities of the North Lombok Regency Government the one-year recovery process has caused many problems in the community, especially in the Settlement Sector, the overly complex bureaucratic process has led to a slow recovery process in the residential sector, the lack of community involvement in the recovery process is also a problem that occurs in the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction process.
