TRANSPARANSI PELAYANAN SURAT IZIN USAHA PERDAGANGAN (SIUP) KLASIFIKASI KECIL DI KANTOR KECAMATAN SINGINGI HILIR KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the trade business license services small classification and to analyze factors that affect the application of principle of trade business license services small classification in Singingi Hilir office, Kuantan Singingi District. This study used a qualitative research method with a literature review or previous research process. Transparency of services for small classification Business License (SIUP) in Singingi Hilir Subdistrict Kuantan Singingi District designates a situation where all aspects of the service delivery process are open and can be easily identified by users and stakeholders in need. The interview results show that information in the transparency of SIUP services in Singingi Hilir District has been given clearly to the community and according to established procedures. Factors influencing the application of the principle of transparency in the service of small classification SIUP in Singingi Hilir Subdistrict Kuantan Singingi Regency include awareness, rules, organization, income, task skills, facilities and infrastructure. the SIUP service mechanism in Singingi Hilir District is based on Standard Operating Procedures and is carried out as fully and effectively as possible. The SIUP service budget is used as well as possible and there is transparency for people who want to know and the budget is able to meet the budget because it is used as much as possible. From the aspect of the completeness of the available infrastructure including work space, archive space, multipurpose building and bathroom. Whereas existing markets are like computers, but are still limited, and only a few use personal laptops but can still be used in providing services.
