Pharmaceutical supply management includes planning, procurement, storage, distribution, and recording or reporting of pharmaceutical supplies. If it's running well and completing each other, it will be able to achieve the effective and efficient purposes of pharmaceutical supply management so that the drug required by the patient is always available at any time required in sufficient quantities and quality assured to support quality health services. This study aimed to determine whether the medication management in Sehatmu Pharmacy Tamantirto and Sehatmu Pharmacy Soragan conformity with the drugs management standard Regulation of the Minister of Health no 73 year 2016 and whether it has been applied properly. This research was a descriptive observational study with a cross-sectional approach. The subject in this research was Sehatmu Pharmacy Tamantirto and Sehatmu Pharmacy Soragan. The time study starts from September-March 2019 using a checklist sheet. Data analysis is conducted by calculating the percentage of suitability of the drug management aspect based on minister of health no 73 year 2016. The results based calculation (Σ score Yes answer) : (Σ of respondents) x 100% said to be good if the result is 76%-100%, less good 51%-75%, not good 26%-50%, not very good 0%-25%. The results showed that Sehatmu Pharmacy Tamantirto and Sehatmu Pharmacy Soragan have already well management on planning activities, procurement, prescribing, storage, destruction, controlling, recording and reporting, namely with a percentage 100% on category planning (good); 66.67% (less good), the procurement was 100% (good); 100% (good), the prescription acceptance was 100% (good); 100% (good), storage was 90% (good); 70% (less the better), controlling was 100% (good); 83,33% (good), the destruction was 100% (good); 100% (good), recording and reporting were 100% (good); 57,14% (less good). It can be concluded that the suitability average of pharmaceutical supply management based on Regulation of the Minister of Health no 73 year 2016 was 98,57% for Sehatmu Pharmacy Tamantirto and 82,45% for Sehatmu Pharmacy Soraga, both are well categorized.
