| dc.description | This research focuses on the management of the production of the short film Cerita Masa Tua which includes three stages, namely pre-production, production, and post-production. This short film tells the story of daily life experienced by an elderly woman. The short film Cerita Masa Tua managed to get awards both at home and abroad. The theoretical framework in this study looks at how the managerial process of a film production is carried out in the production of the short film Cerita Masa Tua. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. With data sources derived from interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the Director and Producer in the short film Cerita Masa Tua. The results showed this film is a fiction film with a direct cinema documentary approach, with a crew of two people. In addition, the making of this film is known to have no budget. In this case the main purpose of filmmaking must be understood and also the coordination of the crew must be built as well as possible to be able to work together optimally. | en_US |
