PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, LEVERAGE, PROFITABILITAS, DAN KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Abstract
This research is to analyze the influence of company size, leverage,
profitability and dividend policy on firm value. The dependent variable in this study
is Company Value. The independent variables in this study consisted of Company
Size collected with SIZE, leverage as measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER),
Profitability related to Return On Equity (ROE), and Dividend Policy related to
Dividend Pay Out Ratio (DPR) . The object of this research is manufacturing
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2013-2017 period.
The data used in this study are secondary data. The research sample was selected
using purposive sampling method and obtained 252 samples. The analytical method
used in this study uses multiple linear regression with Eviews 7 application tools.
The results of the study show that firm size is not significant to firm value, leverage
has a significant positive effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive
effect on firm value, and dividend policy does not determine significant to the value
of the company.
