This study aims to examine the concept of intelligence in the Qur'an and its relevance to the development of multiple intelligences. This research is a qualitative research patterned in literature, with a psychoantropological approach, the study of humans from the psychological side. Is collected using the documentation method in order to examine the related data. The technique of analyzing the data uses the interpretation method of the maudhu'i and the stages of the maudhu'i method, namely determining the topic of study, collecting verses related to the topic, explaining the purpose of the verses based on various interpretations and concluding the intended topic of the study. The results of the study show that the concept of intelligence in the Qur'an is structured in the source of intelligence which includes Lubb, which is the inner circle of the heart, which means core, wisdom and inner, fuad is a deeper circle that considers intentions also means emission and border of qalb and the world, and qalb is the outer circle which accommodates the ma'rifah and human journey that can change. There are five words of intelligence in the Qur'an, namely the first word رشد which implies the perfection of man in mind and soul, the ability to behave and act appropriately and correctly. The second word مرة which means human intelligence developed into determination and strength to carry out the caliphate on earth. The third word عقل means the ability to consider and choose right and wrong, for the safety of human life. The four words فقھ mean the ability to understand and explore things properly, both physically and mentally. The five words بصر contain the meaning of the ability to see physically and mentally against the evidence and phenomena that God is in the world and hereafter. Moderate relevance to the development of multiple intelligence, which is related to the ability to solve problems and produce products. Development related to the ability to solve problems, namely the intelligence of thought, social and heart. While developing with the ability to produce products that are body intelligence, life intelligence, painting, music, natural exploration and language.
